s13 Can a 91 bumper fit on a 89?

I've got a 89 hatchback, and i was just wondering if a 91 chuki fits on the zenki body. Thanks.

I think he means the valances for the fenders. You'll come to find that basically all Nissan parts are backwards compatable with a little bit of cutting/drilling.

The stock Zenki fenders don't come with the holes for the valences, but I just screwed mine into the wholes and it stays on fine.

Yes, like everybody else says. The chuki bumper is a little wider than the pignose fender. I actually had this on my car. The bumper is from a 93 180SX front and the fenders are from the stock 90 pignose.

If you look closely in the picture, there's a slight 1/2" gap where the bumper is larger than the fender. Everything bolts in and fits.

What you need to do is either get fender extensions for the pignose fenders and fit them, or get chuki fenders which already have the extensions built in. Either way is fine, and since it's very minor, I don't think you will even notice it until you run your fingers across it and see that the bumper extends out slightly from the fenders.

^The extensions are not "built in". They are add on pieces. The Chuki fenders DO have two holes that the bumper extension clips in to. However, Zenki fenders can be used. Just attach the bumper extensions with double sided tape.

That's what I meant. They are add-on pieces that come on the later models. Chances are if you get chuki fenders from the junkyard, you will be able to get those extensions as well.

If you look at the parts diagram of the chuki fender, it will show you.
