I was wondering if i quit my part time job, would i get my tax money back?

quitting doesn't make a difference. you'll get back whatever you're supposed to get back.
your employer should be sending you a W-2 early next year.

That totally depends on what you filled out on your w-4 and your life situation. But if nothing big has changed, and you didnt change the way you file on your w-4 from a previous situation, expect the same kind of refund (percentage wise, not total).
