The previous owner did an SR swap. Is there any reason for him to touch the underdash fusebox? I looked at it and a couple of fuses were wrong. As of right now, the radio doesn't work and the cigarette lighter doesn't work, but that could be because of something else.

I'm expecting to see 5-15 amp fuses, but I'm seeing 20-25s. Any comments would be appreciated before I go and install the correct ones listed in the FSM.
