No, they are different sizes.  Modification is needed.  You're better off trying the r32 headlights on a s14b(efore minor change).  Even then, there would be gaps on each side of the headlight, but i think with the s14a, it would require more work.

I think that you would have more luck putting R-33 headlights in an S14b than anything else, they seem a lot more similar. Any of them though, would require custome work and money. I don't know what you could put in the S14a, why would you want to change that anyway.

sorry guys, i mixed stuff. is S14b, not S14A. i was in a hurry to typed this up, and thinking S14A instead of S14b. anyways. it will fit the R32 headlight into a S14B without any major modification right?(a gap won't be a matter to me &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> ) anyways, thanks for anyone who reply to this

The R32 headlights will work on an S14, no S14 M/C, if you make custom light brackets. The gap will be above the lights and below the hood, not on the sides.

R33 headlights require A LOT of custom work to fit. They're significantly larger than the S14 or S14 M/C headlights. They make the car look really small, too.
