alternator interchange for sr20det???
can u use the dohc alternator for sr20?? mine has gone out and i need replacement asap!!!! if not is their any other part interchange??

best bet is just to get an SR alternator.. Their pretty cheap and plentifull. That's what I'm gonna do since my alternator's on it's way out.

supposedly can be matched up but no one has ever posted what nissan it is from i guess you just take it to autozone or where ever and ask them to match it up
you can use a ka alternator by drilling ouf the top hole and changing the pully over from the SR alt
