What are the chances of a car burglar taking out the sheet cover on a car?

lock it up under the car? you mean cover the car completely? [putting the sheet under the wheels]. im just trying to find ways for car theives to avoid my car until i have money to get an alarm system.

im pretty sure a knife can still easily cut through the cloth, but that is if the theif wants to go to that trouble
