If Exhaust really doesn't matter then get something common and priced for your budget... Kakimoto is not cheep and very rare in the US.

![]() If you're getting a fart cannon, who gives a f**k... Spend as little money as possible. You will get a bunch of stainless plumbing and a glass pack or two regardless of what brand you get. Motoria has a great reputation for having proper fitment. Call up SSAC and order one up. While you're at it, get a Motoria resonated cat delete pipe - they are incredibly well made and work even better. |

ive had a GT1.0z on my S14 for a year now. its deep and loud. 106DB. but i like it. its labeled track only use since it has no resonators and junk.
they are very well known in japan but dont have a US dist. drews right, kakimoto is expensive. around 900 bux for a stainless exhaust. sometimes used part places sell the exhausts, never seen an N1 or GT1.0z for sale though which are the only ones worth buying IMO. if u just want a quieter one, go get something that is cheaper. |

if it ain't kakimoto exhaust, get Bee-R TIC exhaust, not titanium piping, but damn it stands out from the rest.

One time I posted a picture of an ebay exhaust and made up a name for it and said it was 1 of 2 in North America to mock nerds. The word I came up with was Kakimoto and someone neg repped me "Who cares. Why put such an expensive exhaust on a piece of garbage."
The irony was real solid. |

Yes, the Dousan lives! Had been like a dozen years since I last saw him, though.
The only issue with the GT1.0Z is that it hangs a little low, and the can sits a little far back (you can see it poking out from under the OEM bumper). I don'to think it was designed with the tow hook in mind, so I need to look into raising it and pushing it in a little. The rear melted hamburger cheese will soon be replaced, while the side cheese will be... supplemented with some CF accents. B-) |
