A member has a car for sale on the board and it says the hood is "marbleized trade mark of premier auto body."

They piss on it, then clearcoat it.

You can look it up with Google. It's also called "Bowling Ball" paint. Basically all it is, is creating patterns in the paint while it's still wet, typically with a plastic sheet, to give the final paint various layers and textures.
