look in the 240sx.org installs section. There is a How To on removing your mechanical fan for more power, and wiring your electric fan to run all the time. I used a switch so I can turn my electric fan on/off as well.

i noticed that there are 2 fans behind my cars radiator but only the big one spins but there is a smaller one infront of it that doesnt. How can i make the other one work agian

your fan does still work most likely. To test it, turn on your a/c and it should run. If not, then it really doesn't work.
