i have fuel and spark..seems like the car wants to start...but it jsut wont , what do you think i should check first or what i should look at

i was thinking maybe is a bad ignitioner chip, or timing...what do you think????????????

mines was doing this as well just kept cranking and not "turning over" it turned out to be the Ignitor Chip. so i just went to the junkyard and got myself a q45 ignitor chip. If you have a friend with an sr swap ignitor chips with them and see.
