Tubular manifold + aftermarket elbow: Fitment problems?

I just put a bunch of new crap on my car. Switched out my GTiR T28 for a ball-bearing S14 T28, went from stock manifold to Espelir tubular, and ditched my XSPower dump pipe for a different one without a divided WG dump.

With the manifold and new dump pipe, the dump pipe hits the transmission. It's not too severe, but it's enough that I had to hammer the dump pipe a little bit to get it to fit.

Has anyone else had this issue with aftermarket manifold + elbow? I've seen that some people have the elbow hitting the steering shaft but I have the opposite problem. The reason I want to know is, I think I may have an exhaust leak between the turbo&elbow because the dump pipe fits like shit (it looked decent but it's of "unknown origin," never doing that again ). I'm wondering if I buy a dump pipe with an actual name on it, whether or not I'll have to hammer it as well.

i know that all the XS-power manifolds and dump pipes fit like shit....if your using an espiler manifold u should be able to use a Greddy dump, HSK and Tomei, and stock....other will hit, personally i have a greddy and it would not fit with the xs power manifold but fits perfect with stock
