theres these coilovers ive seen that have a Triple Perch Locking Design.adjustment through spring perch and adjustment through shock body.....Which is the most efficient way to lower my car?

Top one adjust the pre-load- basically the tension on the spring
middle one locks the preload perch
bottom one locks the height adjustment.

Basically turn the whole shock body to the desired height then lock it with the bottom perch.

make sure to max out the coilover...then your at the best hight for 240's lol
