Anyone? This is the turbo right here. Turbo Elements - #1 Online Source for Garrett Turbos
I sprayed PB blaster and let it sit overnight but im not having any luck.

I can't remember good, but I think there is a snap ring if you are trying to take off the housing. But if you just want to re clock the housing you only need to loosen the bolts and rotate.

Im just trying to reclock it for top mount. I cant get it to rotate though.
