Are you thinking easter? You have to buy candy on Valentines Day. You don't get to eat it, you give it to some lucky lady.
I like it too, keeps my girl happy. But I wish the candy were for me. haha

Yea right... I had to buy candy in middle school. I have to set a limit on my girlfriend or else she would empty out my pockets. I don't like Valentines Day because I feel it is a day that the producing market invented just to get more people to spend more money on stupid stuff they do not need. Making America poor.

I fucking hate it. Its a fucking POS holiday. I seriously dont fucking get why we have Vday. Seriously.
I do this to my girl every other week and it gets on my fucking nerve that I seriously have to put twice effort for this day. FUCK VDAY. |

wich v day? VJ day, or VE day? I mean, VJ day was nice, since we got to see those big pretty mushroom clouds, but VE day wasnt as cool, because thats when we started finding all the jews in mass graves... kinda a bummer....
but yeah I hate valentines day because I never had a gf during said holiday. |

See, i was smart. When I got with my girl, it was around valentines day 4 years ago. I asked her around Valentines if we should make Valentines our official day we got together. Now, we have our anniversary on valentines so I kill two birds with one stone. I screwed her over by giving her only one special day which is easier on my pockets. I'm a guy who has his birthday right next to Christmas so I know how it is. I don't think she realizes it though.

Flybert you are a genius, I am the same way, you gotta figure out ways to combine "special events" There are just too many. My girlfriend is awesome though she isn't like one who expects a bunch of stuff all the time, and obviously I get her a bunch but she graciously returns the favors with lots of neat stuff for me too. Like Plane tickest

I think valentines day is kinda a stupid holiday. It's just an excuse for hallmark to make some more money. I do like eating candy though..see's candy is so yummy...mmmm
This one year my ex bf did this huge piece (grafitti) of my name on a wall at my college. It was like 14 feet by 10 feet, HUGE. I was completely suprised, and it was so cool! That was a pretty rocking valentines day! I guess I would rather just feel special more than just one day a year, no valentines day needed!

I think it's just a scheme for restruant owners to have people lined up 2 miles outside their restruant. I heard it came from some story of a man writing letters to prisoners and telling them that someone cares for them or something. WHACO.

Just another holiday that the guy has to spend more money on, needs to be a holiday out there were guys gets the expensive stuff (national buy your man a tool or car part day)

I LOVE V-day!!! I get to earn MAJOR points with my girl (more ways then one
 )She always gets me some nice present....go out a a nice-ass date...and...yeah ....its a great holiday.....cost alot of money sure,but its worth it...besides,it marks a "half anniversary" for us...she always wants to celebrate it lol...then we have our real anniversary |
