Some genius at discount tire stripped shit out of it(back when my friend owned it) and i was wondering if i could fix it or replace it. Its no big deal if i cant though. Any help would be great, here are some pics of the situation.

Do they make a metric file big enough?, and how would i fix the threads on the wheel?
