These look to be cast wheels... which mean's they're 19x10's. And if they're cast that means they're either +25 or +35 offset..

Unless these wheels were widened and/or back pad was shaved, which I'm doubting.

Hmmm You are right it should be 19x10 but it's still +29 offset. I'll edit the info now.
