91 240SX KA24DE rebuild questions

Hello fellow zilvians!
I am rebuilding my 91 ka24de for N/A POWAH (for now) and I want to make sure my plans will work n I'm doing it right.
I was thinking about a 200-210 crank HP goal.

My build is looking as follows:
Sohc pistons 11.1:1 w/ a 20 over bore
Cam swap 248/232 or 248/248
Cold air intake w/ k&n filter
Throttle body/intake plenum spacer
Thermal gaskets all around and thermal bypasses/wraps n such
4-2-1 headers and 2.5" exhaust with electric cutout
Ps/AC delete
Quest alternator
Lightweight flywheel
Clutch fan delete w/ electric fan on thermal switch
Tripple core aluminum rad

What I'm not sure about:
Would high power ignition help?
Will I need new injectors and or a tune?
If I need a tune, if I track down a bikirom board will that work?
Will I need a new intake manifold/large throttle body for these goals?
Will I need intake/exhaust(mainly) porting for these goals?

If down the road I want to run say, 4-5lbs of boost or whatever is needed for 250-275hp on 93-94 octane would it run or would it blow? I have a t25 n some other Turbo stuff but not enough $$$ for a rebuild anytime soon to forged internals.
Thanks

No need.

Don't need injectors but you will if/when you boost. You're increasing compression, so yes, you'd need tune.

Yes, your tuner experience with your tuning choice is key. Look into Nistune.

No but it'll help if/when you decide to boost. You'll need to tune for this.

See above answer.

Again, the tune is key. Skimping or taking short cuts on this is the main reason most KA buids fail.
