Well, as I posted before.  I was saying how my car felt like it is bogging down.  And it is still doing it!  No cracks or leaks anywhere, no fuel smell, no unusual sut, no strange noises other than the EXTREMELY annoying rattle on start up from the time'in chain area.

For whatever reason, as I drive... no matter what gear Im in (however it more commonly happens in 2-3 gear), the car feels like it has a sudden air restriction... if i keep my foot constant though on the gas... it will go away without me having to have to pump the gas.  Its wierd, like ... it just feels like its bogging down... with the occastional poor take-off.

PLEASE I'm desperate, I do not know how else to explain it... but all help or suggestions are welcome!  Ive been working on this prob for about a week now.

What I have done so far to try and fix this:

New Spark Plug Wires
New Fuel Filter
New O-rings (on 2 injectors that felt loose or leaking)
New Air filter
And oil change.

My toyota tercel does that, and it's the head gasket... it's leaking a bit of coolant into the combustion chamber and when it hits normal operating temp, it burns off the coolant and runs fine. Have you noticed any coolant in the oil or anything?

DID u check your fuel pressure, maybe your fuel pump os shitting the bed and you are getting fuel cuts.
also check your sparck plugs, what do your look like,
any check engine light?? if so fix the problem.

the problem happened to my in my stock 95, and it turns out the egr valve was broken, i really dont know why it effected the bogging, but i cleaned it and wolaa, problem went away.

so what i am trying to say is check the  basics,
1. fuel pressure
2. compression
3. spark
4. check engine light
5. intake system

i hope i put u in the right direction

Boosted s14, thanks for the tips.

However, I just checked my spark plugs and they are all a nice tan color... no carbon build up or nothing.  So i will guess they check out ok.  I replaced the spark plug wires though, because one of them went to shit!

How do i check compression and fuel pressure?

thanks for the tips!

Oh man.  I really hope not the fuel pump.  I wanna check it... but not sure how to tell the signs when it is going.

Not familiar with Nissans that much.

however, on any american car... give me any type, model, whatever and ill know pin point it a.s.a.p.

I really gotta get a better Import repair guide.

Thanks for the reply.
