Would these be too bright with H4 clear housing headlights (35w 3000k)? I did a H4 conversion, and the housings just have clear glass. And how much brighter would these be over say Sylvania SilverStars? (what I have now)

my other buddy has this exact same kit on his 86 from the GB you guys did on club4ag...these kits are nice...very nice output and straight forward plug n play (except for 86s apparently ) however, he got the halogen high kit and not to bag on your product, but the high beams suck really bad...they look like daytime running lights, literally...he figured that you couldnt go wrong with getting high beams for an extra $5, but we didnt anticipate that they would suck so bad...but now, when he sees cops, he just flips his high beams to not attract attention with the bright hids...id opt for the telescoping (if the slider doesnt hit anything that is) or the bi-xenon...but seeing as how s14s have two separate high beams, this tidbit is more for s13s...other than that gripe, good kits so far... and it is piece of mind that these kits are made in USA with one year warranty...

Alan and sunshine industries are great! Everyone that i know of are very happy with their HID kits. It's because it's simple to plug and play and the price is sweet. I can vouch for Alan and his company. +1
good luck with the business Alan. |

What's the difference in lighting for getting the 35w HID vs. 3000k 35w HID?
And if I get the halogen high beams, do they just look low in comparison to the HIDs, or do they really just have a lower output than regular halogen high beams? |

Im sorry I dont see what you mean by the difference between lighting for 35w HID vs. 3000k 35w HID. 3000k Means the color temperature which is golden yellow. The Halogen Highbeams honestly look weird when you compare it to your HIDs. The H4-2 Halogen Highbeam is basically for people who still want something in their highbeam, anything. lol Let me know if you have more questions. I'd be happy to answer them. Thanks, Alan Long

could you please explain exactly what a telescoping h4 bulb is? if i read or enterpret this right, the bi-xenon would be the best to get right? and tehn telescopic and then halogen high beam and then jsut the regular beam?

I'd probably just get either the single or the halogen+HID...I don't see why you'd need something brighter than the low beam HID if they're as good as they seem to be. |

I am quite new to the HID world...so bare with my ignorance
I will like to keep low and high beams on a S-13. I have the fierostore housings (glass) with H4 bulbs. I dont like the bluish tint, currently have gold ion bulbs and want a hid closer to that color. What kit do I need to buy? |

No worries. if you dont mind having halogen high beams i recommend you going with H4-2. If you would like HID high beams, then I recommend our bixenon H4-4 or Telescopic H4-3. the color your looking for is around probably 3900k. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Thanks, Alan Long

Thanks for your responce, now, what would be the shipping to 00921 via USPS?
Also, compared to regular filament type bulbs, how much wattage these lights pull? I currently have 100w/80w bulbs, just checking how much, if any, I need to upgrade my wiring and electrical system. Also, my high beams keep the low beams turned on, is there a drawback with this kit? |

alright ive been asking a few people, and havent gotten a response.... im doing a kouki conversion, painfully its still not on the road, i havent wired up the headlights in hopes that an HID kit will still plug in...
the old headlight harness is for a H4 bulb, the new headlight has a H1 bulb.. will this be plug and play still? or can you swap the plug harnesses from ur kits so that it can be? please let me know, i want to get these asap |
