Wiring shift light
I have a shift light from auto meter that has 3 wires cming out of it. Im guessing one for ground one for power and the other is for the rpm reading. I was wondering where i splice the rpm wire into? Im sure its real simple im just not sure which wire i need to splice into. Thanks ahead of time

tach signal ---> distributor... at least that was for my Altima.
why you need a tach? there's enough rev range on the stock tach for either a Ka or Sr.

I remembered when I had my tach, you got the dial to adjust when the shift light would come up (manually through revving). three wires for the tach, 1 power (and gives power to shift light), 1 ground, and 1 tach signal.
I am sure someone has a much better idea than I do - that was back in the Rice days...
