coil pack question (kinda long)

s13 blacktop w/ q45 MAFS, SAFCII, AVCR, HKS SSQ BOV, SARD FPR, Walbaro pump, Greddy FMIC, that should be all that matters. ok guys i posted earlier with my prob., same shit everyone has, AF ratio is breaking up in higher rpm's and when declerating or idleing the idle fluxuates and sometimes the car dies. Ive changed TPS, cleaned MAFS, check all electrical connections, looked at CAS (looks brand new), tested all coilpacks and injectors, done leak tests and cant find a leak anywhere, checked fuel pressure and its solid at 43 psi and some other shit. Anyways there are three pins on the plug that connects to the coilpack, each one looked like this

-+E
- to ground shot 1.5 ohms on all of them, that seems to be good.
+ shot like 75 ohms on all 4, again consistent.
E shot open on all except the most forward cylinder, and that shot like 3 mega ohms, which i know is almost open but still continuity. what is this and should it be grounded? anyone have any ideas what else i could check? this problem is completely intermittent also.
