Can I put the A/C(air conditioning) pump from my 90 SOHC on to a 97 KA24DE?

If I am not mistaken the AC pump won't transfer over.  The bolt locations won't match up and accomidate the steering pump at the same time

Or

Was it that the steering pump won't match up

Sorry I'm no help  I was thinking of the SR
