Z32 calipers rubbing on rotor

I took my S14 out for a drive for the first time since I finished up my brakes and noticed that my left front caliper is rubbing on the rotor when I do a fully clocked right hand turn. When I ordered the calipers they're was a mix up with autozone so I had them reorder me a new one. I got everything bolted up, torqued and everything seemed fine until I drove it.

I checked before installing that they were both the 30 MM aluminum ones so that is OK, but on the passengers side there is about an 1/8" gap between the caliper and rotor, and the drivers side there is about a paper width gap between them. It's doesn't rub under normal driving, just when I do a fully clocked right hand turn.

Has anyone else had this problem?

It's not the mounting bolts that are rubbing, it's the caliper itself. Could I just dremel out about a 1/16" of the caliper and be on my way, or is there something else I should do to alleviate the problem?

I would switch rotors and see if it happens on the other side. If it does, it sounds like it might be the rotors. My friend has a similiar mix up. Of course he shaved down the rotor and caliper until the rubbing went away.
