Dyno tune results, tell me what you think!

Dynoed 229whp 250ftlb's @ 15psi.

Mods:
Stock T25 Redtop
3"in exhaust
Blitz ECU
HKS acutuator
Safc-2
FMIC, Walbro, etc

That's all I can think of that would have any affect on performance. Car holds 15lbs from 4-6k then by 7.5 its down to 8lbs. I've checked all my vacuum lines, moved the wastegate line from the throttlebody to the compressor housing. Felt much better, but boost still falls off. Going to replace the coupler on the compressor housing and tap it with an agpturbo quicktap for my signal. Is the rapid boost loss normal on stock turbos? Anyone experienced this and fixed it? Should I just get an MBC and will everything be fine?

From what I have read stock T25s can't hold higher boost pressures at higher rpms. Thats pretty normal I think. I don't know what that happens though.

You are right. They can't hold boost til redline. And yeah, its normal for a T25 to do that.

Nice. Where did you get your engine and where did you get the swap done? (I'm in Clayton county).

I need to track down why my car feels so slow now, lol. It feels like its dead now. I can't figure it out. Car felt amazing the day after it was dynoed and now it just seems like it gets slower each day. It is sooo aggravating.
