today after i got done rigging up a new intake for my car, i warmed it up and revved her out above 6k. when it got above 6, there was a horrible vibration/shaking. i was holding the shifter and it shook hella bad.

whats wrong with my car? could it be the flywheel or the clutch or something off balance?

That's tough. Check your motor and tranny mounts first. Then if they are good, look into the clutch. That's what I would do.
