I bought some S techs for my s14 and put them on my high mileage struts, they are now shot. So now its time to purchase some struts and I think I want the KYB Agx's, best deal I have found is $350 shipped on ebay....

A local guy has a set with he said approx 30k miles for $200....

I know you get what you pay for but this car is my DD, I do not or have a desire to do anything else with it then daily drive it so give me your thoughts. Cheapest isnt always the best but my car seems like its a death trap right now, the front end is BAD.

its a risk, obviously.

you might save $150.
or, you might waste $200, and have to spend $350 on new ones.

imo, just do it right the first time and never worry about it.

Yeah I think so. 30k is ALOT of miles. And my stock 165k mile struts felt perfect until I put my S techs on and 2 months later they are now SHOT.
