Ive jus picked up mah accident report yesterday, that freakin driver turned to story around, he claimed that I cut into his lane while overtaking him, which caused the accident.
damn ppl wont even admit to their own wrong doing. Now im not too sure of the outcome of this case...

i know exactly wha u mean:

my bro was taking a left turn, and someone ran a red light and totaled his car.  and the report comes up, since my bro didn't have insurance at the time, the other party said that he turned while the other party had the right of way.  and since no body wants to speak up for my bro (no insurance), he got is lincense suspended for 3 years.

i learnd from it.  i always get the police report, asap, so when the gay people change it, i'll have a copy the original.  and get a lawer or so...

'>  naa, i'm just kidding, but the docs really know what they r doing, i felt fine, and they pressed a few spots and it hurt, they were telling me that those places are where my musles are tense.  and they fixed it, and i got a banging 2000 bucks out of it, and i trashed the 2000 by doing my silvia conversion.... now i got 60 bucks under my name...

Did you have to sign off on the report at the scene after you both gave your accounts?  You gave an account, right?

Yeah i gave mah story too, but the police jus took down both sides and Ins. would have to decide who's at fault. But the other driver was not dumb, right after he hit me he pulled up on the curb so when the cops came they couldnt draw a description of the positions of the car since he moved. Otherwise it would of been clear cuz half of my car was pushed up on the curb.

damn Im getting pissed!!!
