alright, i have no idea wha offset means, all i know is that if you get the wrong one , your car looks gay. i know the s13 is around 38 or somthing? will 17x7.5 w/ +45 or +48 rim fit my s13?

It may fit; those are awfully high offsets. I know a +40 will clear the strut but I don't know by how much. With ultra high offsets (for FWD cars, that's what you get in a Honda controlled aftermarket) your wheels are going to sit really far back in the fenders. I don't know what you think about that look, but I for one think it looks stupid. Offset wise look for something in a low +30 or something in the +20 range.
