I hate to ask, but where can you buy maf adapter - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

Need maf adapter for my 95 Ka maf, so I can install filter. I checked all my local auto stores, but they seem generic/universal or the applicaiton list did not include my car. I think a proper adapter has a hole for what ever that sensor is coming from the maf. Is there anywhere online I can get one like that with out breaking the bank for such a simple part. I tried ebay too, all s13. Or if it is s14 you get the crap filter included no choice.

Hope Im not gonna get alot of complaining, but honestly I'm not sure where to look besides where I have.

gawd, every other part for 240sx on ebay is a maf adapter.

All is mainly s13. Ones for s14 come with filter....don't need the filter.

Well this might make it easier on me. I believe there's a sensor that strings off from the MAF. What is it and how important is it? I'm assuming IAT? Does the adapter I get have to have a hole to plug it in or is it no big deal. Thats why I haven't jumped on some universal type stuff yet, cause I was afraid it would cause more harm then good. Just peace of mind having things plugged the way they're suppose to be.

it should be better to use the adaptor with that hole, as most brand name intake system also have that hole like AEM and Injen... but actually, have or not, i think thats not a big deal tho...
