yes, it is complete with hardware and backing plates

I want the rear rotors. How bad of condition are they in? Are they OEM?

they are ok, but a little rusty & need to be turned. They are OEM. To be honest, with shipping and all, you're probably better off just getting some from your local parts store. I think a new pair runs about $60
