I have a 1990 240sx. I have fuel under pressure to the reg but not to rail. have change regulator, fuel rail, injectors off old engine that ran, but still nothing. is it a vacum problem?  please, need help!!!!

im sorry but i dont understand what your saying?

the fuel rail doesnt feed fuel into the rail it keeps pressure constant.

from the way you've explained it (at least the way i understood) is that your thinking the fuel reg supplies the fuel.

am i right or did i misunderstand. and sorry if i did.
