recently i've found that after waiting in line for my next run at the track that blue/oil smoke occasionally comes out of my exhaust. after going home after the day's fun i compression tested my car at 140 140 160 150. my plug tips were whiteish brownish blackish whiteish. theres no difference in performance.

so, i was thinking either the valve guide o-rings or piston rings?

can anyone shed some light? or sell me an sr for super cheap =) hehe

blue smoke=burning oil

could be piston rings...either way your gunna have to crack that thing open so do it and find out, inspect the lower comp cyls first

you can pinpoint the problem better by doing a leakdown test.

search on zilvia or google, it's been raised before.
