I've decided to get Ground Control coilovers and I have few questions,
1) what's the difference between 6065.01 and 6065.02
I know that one's for KYB and the orther's for KYB AGX
2) I have KYB shocks right now and I might (not sure) get the AGX next time. Should I get 6065.01 or 02?
3) Does it only work with  any other shocks?
4) It says 0 to 2 in., is this true, or  will it go down a little more?

I can't help with all your questions, but I can answer a few:

3) because of the way the sleeve mounts to the shock body, I highly doubt whether any other shock besides the one specifically intended would be safe (ie. it may fit, but well enough to trust it with your life? I wouldn't).

4) I have my collars all the way raised, my car dropped about .75 inches, I was a little dissapointed at first, but the stiffness of both the shocks (I have AGX) and the springs, make it so that the drop doesn't make my car scrape (we have HUGE curbs and 4" tall speed bumps here).

Hope that helps a little bit
