Rims are mostly just personal preference, can't help ya there. Just find something you think looks good that is light weight, has good ventilation, and not too big.

The only tires I can really comment on are the falken azenis.

Pro kits are supposed to be good springs for the s14.

KYB AGX shocks/struts aren't made for the s14 yet
you have shocks in the rear, struts in the front and generally buy them in a set of 4 of 1 brand...unless you really know what your doing
For adjustable you options are pretty much just koni yellows, gab super HP, or tokico illuminas. Non-adjustable would be tokico blues.

Whiteline adjustable sway bars are awesome, worth every penny.

Can't go wrong with injen...proven power over and over again
May want to buy it from http://www.enjukuracing.com

I don't think that exhaust is in production anymore, so if you found it...cool. If not, good luck.

Sways are a good place to start, but unless you are going to get 16" rims (which I do recommend), your car will look funny until its lowered.

I know stock size is 16", thats why I said it would look fine w/out lowering.

Hey gh606 where are you from?IF you are in the md/va area you might want to try a place called cartrendz they have a store he in va and one in rockville md.They have great prices as well. They will get and have it shiped only to the store but you only pay taxes with the price.I belive the cai from injen from them will be 239.-242.00 addd some change but thats all.Plus like dsc said injen is worth the money proven power gains.

who's stock wheel is 16? mine are 15. I wish they were 16's.

also, definately do not spend more then 260ish for the injen intake AND Cold Air Extension SHIPPED. that would be a waste. you should be able to get both for 210 before shipping. 390 is not wholesale...that's an extreme markup.
