so i got this spec stage 3 clutch off ebay for like 100 bucks new, what pilot bearing do i need to buy when i swap my clutch in my sr20det

You mean throw out bearing and/or pilot bushing?
Phase2 has everything you could possibly need for a through clutch job.

t-out bearing is 40 bux at advance. They have some off brand box, but inside is a koyo.

Replace the Rear Main Seal while you are back there.
