Effects of Larger Compressor Housings on Turbos

What are the performance effects of upgrading to larger compressor housings?

I am looking at a 52 trim GT2871R, and it is available in a small bolt on oem s15 silvia GT28R style TO4B compressor housing with 2 bolt inlet, 3 bolt outlet. And there are larger TO4E compressor housings available in clamp on style, with a 2.75" inlet, and a 4" inlet.

I would like to know what would be the performance differences between the different compressor housings, ie turbo responsiveness, spool, and power/efficiency.

If anyone has some dynos, logs, charts, or data to back up the results that is what I am looking for.

I am not asking about compressor housing ar size, I am asking about the physical size of the compressor housing and larger inlet size, the performance differences, and some data to back it up.

The larger a compressor housing is the longer it will take the air to reach peak efficency but because of it being larger the air will be able to reach a higher velocity with more volume of air. Think about it, it makes sense. In other words, less tq more hp. Slower spool but more of a kick in the top end.
