Fuck what?
Any DOHC engine will work in your car, using your harness and ECU. Swap the CTS, TPS, and O2 if needed, everything else plugs right in. And research, this has been covered to death. |

What do you mean "if needed" are you saying i can use my kouki harness with the zenki KA without having to get it redone? I have a couple of connectors that are just chilling around and im sure it's the ones you just said.

Get off your ass and search, quit expecting someone to hold your hand while you do this.
Some connectors differ depending on year, 95 and 96 have a few changeovers, whatever is different can be swapped. Whatever is left over is probably emissions control. Since you failed to explain any of it though we can't accurately guess it for you. Read an FSM, search around on this forum, and learn it. Then come back with specific questions, instead of "hey this won't work". |

Locate me a VALID link to where i can download 95-98 FSM's please cause everyone keeps giving me dead links. I'd be reading them if i had them.... |

1st pic- Coil. You've got the wrong plug in the the top of the distributor, where it that coming from? Looks to be the IAT, that goes to the intake.
2nd pic- One in the background, 2pin gray (blue/orange and black) is the CTS. Like I mentioned above that you didn't bother to read, the 95 uses a different CTS. Swap your 97 CTS over, or if you don't have it any more go buy one for cheap. If that fails, cut the plug off a 91-95 harness and rewire it. Wires are the same color. The two larger plugs in front, 3pin brown and gray, are the TPS. Again, use your 96-98 TPS, auto or manual, doesn't matter. Larger gray plug in front of the intake manifold is the EVAP purge volume control solenoid valve. The engine is a 95 so it's OBD-I, you don't have that part so it's a dead plug. You will throw a CEL because it's missing, but that's it. If you need to pass inspection, swap your 97 intake manifold back on, there's no other way to do it. 3rd pic- Car used to be an auto, the brown and gray plugs are no longer used. The 2pin male plug below that is for the starter signal, plugs in under the fusebox where it came from. 4th pic- EVAP solenoid valve plug. Same as above, not used on an OBD-I engine. 5th pic- Gray male plug, ASCD actuator. Black male plug, wiper amplifier. Gray female plug, goes to lower harness for CPS and rear O2. I've held your hand, now see if you can go from here. |
