So guys I've been driving around for quite some time now and my o2 sensor was completely disconnected. Im confused, shouldnt this have thrown atleast a CEL? Maybe this is why I was running lean a few weeks back. But still, does a #62 ECU not throw a CEL when the o2 sensor is unplugged???
Also the car feels fine and accelerated normally. Is that normal?

hmm... did you pull the codes? maybe you bulb is out.

Nah the bulb comes on when needed too. I will pull codes to see if it did throw a code only to the ECU.

95% of the time your car runs closed loop, and doesnt take reading from the O2 thats why you had normal performance without one
