where does it go?
about to relocate my battery to the trunk and i need a spot to run the wire into the interior i read this post http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.p...&highlight=diy but my ecu mounted on the floor under the glove box next to the passanger door so i dont think i can use the stock wiring harness hole shown. is there another spot that i can drill to run the wires and is it a bad idea to run wires if my ecu is on the floor introducing noise etc?

Honestly, run it outside the car. You can tie it right along the fuel/brakes lines and won't have the issues of bulging the carpet all the way through the car.
If you're really set on it, there's a hole behind the rear fender liner that's used for the washer fluid hose on UK/JDM models, enlarge it and use a grommet, the wire will drop down in the kick panel behind where the ECU was originally mounted. |
