WTT: My S14 for your SR'd S13

I have a very clean 95 s14 SE that I want to trade for a CLEAN s13 with sr. It can't be some mickeymoused hack job of a swap. Must be a quality, good running car, because it will be my daily driver. I prefer a coupe, but a clean hatch would do. Don't care about color, as long as its clean, with little/no rust.

My car:

3rd owner
clean title
160,xxx miles
ALL original paperwork, including nissan certified services, original window sticker, and warranty book.
NOT AN OUNCE OF RUST.
SE- 5 lug, keyless entry, security system, non-abs
NEW- spark plugs, fresh oil change, tires

Mods:

Navan aero bumper w/ fresh paint *RARE*
Garage Impul s14 Mini-spoiler *EVEN RARER* (not installed in pics)
Trust delrin ball knob
Sony Xplod headunit(came with the car when I bought it)
Custom Dart Izumi style straight pipe from the axle-back SOUNDS INCREDIBLE
Other than that, BONE ASS STOCK.

The Bads:

Rear bumper has deep scratches, and one dent. (see pic)

Throwout bearing may be going, grinding noise for the first 5 minutes of driving.
Starts a little rough, I have to give it gas and turn it over 3-4 times to get it to fire, I know it sounds bad, but this ONLY occurs when the motor has sat for long periods of time, otherwise it starts just fine.

Rip in the carpet (see pic)

Exhaust has a minor rattle at 3-3.5k rpm

Tachometer only works when it wants to, weird problem, guessing easy wiring fix, just no time to mess with it.

Other than those minor issues, everthing else performs flawlessly.
