Question soft clutch pedal n slipping clutch help ASAP!!!

alrite peps, your input is highly appreciated. i'm working on a 91 240sx fast back. i installed a stock clutch kit, fidanza flywheel, clutch slave/master cylinder. all goes well but, when i bleed the clutch it stays soft and would not get any harder than before . it does however goes through the gears fine. when i test drove it, it starts to slip around 3500rpm and up from 3rd gear all through 5th gear. i also did some adjustment to the master cylinder but not much help.

please your help would be great. i tried all that i can and search all over for more help but still have no clue what it can be. i also bypassed the clutch dampener to if that helps. hope i didn't bore you guys. but i need this crappy car running. thank you in advance for the help.

Did you get the clutch surface dirty when you installed it? If so, then keep driving hopefully it will burn off and stop slipping. If not get a different clutch

This is my guess as well... especially if you left the bleeder valve in. It takes FOREVER to get all the air out with that thing left in. Take it out, and bleed it straight from the slave cylinder.

try a search for bypass clutch damper. also, make sure there is some play in your clutch pedal (1/4" at least), if there is no play, adjust your clutch pedal until there is a little bit.
