I just got my 240 and it has cruise control.  I didnt even know that was possible on a 5spd.  I know how to use it on a Auto, but it just wasnt workin the way that i was trying to engage it.  I turned on the cc, then i pushed Set/Coast or something like that, and it didnt kick in, and this was at 70mph in 5th.  Anyone know?

Thanks
Noah

First off Your Cruise control might be broken. For me 1990 240 All I have to do is push the cruise control button behind my steering wheel on the left side right under the button that makes your lights go up and down. Then my gear has to be atleast in third and then press the set coast button on the steering wheel on the right side, but the cruise control will disengage if you press the clutch or even tap the breaks.

make SURE your clutch isn't sticking at the top of the travel.  mine does, and that would keep the CC from engaging.
