What are ways (cheap ways) to change my 91 nissan 240sx manual windows and locks to power windows and locks. Like could i get the motor and switches at a junkyard and install it myself or anyother ways u guys might know of.

You can do that, or also get an alarm with power door locks installed, but you wouldn't have power windows with it.  You can get a feature for the alarm that rolls the windows up.
