i cant really tell but it sounds like an exaust leak.

I usually let the cars sit and cool off, then fire it up and stick my hand down there before it gets too hot to see if i can feel air or exaust pee peeing onto my finger tips so i can verify the local of the leak.

then remove, replace and drive.

right now i cant tell either cause i know for a fact that the turbo is new but i have no idea yet until i could really see the problem or figure what it is yet. but you might be right in the first hand that there is an exhaust leak close by somewhere. the turbo manifold isnt crack since the welds on it is still good when i took everything out.
