does anyone know if the s13 conversion headlight can convert to HID thanx man

The HID units are available for each kind of headlight bulb.  The S13s have the closed headlight casings of course, but you can buy an H4 conversion kit to utilize those bulbs.  With that, you can buy an H4 HID kit.  Hope that helps.
