s13 Urgent help w/ clutch problem!

Hi! I Have a 91 240sx completely stock. one day while i was driving home, the clutch pedal wont go back up after I step on it. so I tow it home, and start searchin for problems that can cause that, I found lotz of info regardin the clutch slave cylinder can go bad, so instead of just buyin the slave cylinder, I bought the clutch slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, and a dampener bypass line from PDM.......I started w/ clutch slave first, coz i need to the car tm mornin to work......after i installed the clutch cylinder, when i tried to bleed the system, the pedal feels better, but after like 300ml of brake fluid, it wont go back up again, so i go back under the car n check what I have done. The new clutch slave is leakin brake fluid from the rubber boot, is that normal or I have done sth wrong here???? i didnt lube it or anythin, i just put the slave cylinder on, thatz it.........am i suppose to put some kind of lube to kind of seals that little cylinder?? and also, the metal plate that connects the clutch slave cylinder n the tranny was loose when i took my old clutch slave cylinder out, is that normal??? or sth broke inside???

The metal piece circled in red is the loose piece i am talkin about, am I fu*ked my car up bad here???

I am sorry los_inc, thatz the best picture I found on the forum that i can best describe wat i am doin.....

any suggestion would help, as i am in the middle of fixin my car now..... i still have 10hrs time to fix my car b4 i need to use it for work....... so please......

Thanks in advanced!!

after long time of diag. I have found out that it was the bolt that give the pivot point to the clutch withdrawel lever broke into 2 piecesssss,

after I replaced that bolt, the padel still not coming back up, any1 know why?? I replaced the clutch slave cylinder, and bleed the system again. I HAVN'T bypass the dampener yet, coz I wanna make sure the car works b4 I put my stainless bypass pipe in.

right now, the lever sits like this:

This is w/ the clutch padel depressed:

This is w/ the clutch padel pressed all the way to the floor:

If any1 have any ideas, please let me know as I hate driving a honda to work, since itz an auto

Thanks for ur help in advanced...

Go ahead and do the bypass. The clutch dampener is known to make is difficult to bleed the system.
You said it is leaking brake fluid from your new slave cylinder. I am guessing you bought a autozone one. They are known to not hold up. Do it right and get a oem one.

I got it from PDM, but i will call them tm and c if i can exchange or refund it. as for bending the hard pipe, is that a better way not to bend it, coz I am scare I will break it.

btw, does the pivot fork looks right(4th post w/ 2 pix w/ padel depressed n padel to the floor)??

naw it wont break... just do it slowly

i find it easyer to bolt it to the line and bolt the line back to the chassis

When you bend the hard line, make sure you don't bend it too much at one point. When you start to bend it, make small bends and move along the hard line. Also, go slow as you do not want pinch the line.

a good way to not kink the line is to find a really big socket and bend the hardline slowly against it. then ziptie the bracket up. out of sight out of mind.
