Ok. I have researched this as much as I can and found only one guy with a machined T25 to accomodate the RB25 T3 Turbo but not a whole lot of detail. I currently have KA-T on T25 and need to upgrade. After some research the best OE turbo I found to work better the S14-S15 T28 would be the GTIR T28 and RB25DET T3. The reason I'm interested on the RB25 turbo for the fact that it flows better the GTIR provided you stay within in Boost Limits 8~15psi * ceramic wheel * Which is fine by me. My Question would be has someone here done this by taking the RB25DET compressor and mating it with T28 Turbine Housing to make it a direct replacement. So I dont have to worry about the elbow and downpipe. Maybe just clocking it and mod the Wastegate actuator to work.
