So i went to look at a blacktop today, and tried to do a compression test to it, before i bought it. Couldnt even get it to turn over, Wouldnt even budge at all (on engine hoist). Could there be soemthining keeping it from turning over? or do you guys think its just seized?

try and turn the crank by hand, if nothing then it FUBAR
