I'm diagnosing a p1400 code and I have a question. I know that the egr control solenoid valve doesn't have a connector going to it. Is the egr control solenoid valve sub-harness the same way because I have a female connector that doesn't plug into anything either. Here's a pic.

Alright now I am confused can someone tell me were the egr control solenoid valve is on a 95 240sx. Is it on the back of the intake manifold (head).

The fsm shows the egr and canister control solenoid valve behind the motor but mine is on top of the manifold someone help me understand or point me in the right direction. I can barely make out where the hose go in the fsm pics.

Also still don't know what plugs into that sensor (on the left) and what that connector plugs into (on the right).

Any help is greatly appreciated
