And... with a 7psi tank... that will last all of 15 seconds, wouldn't it?  
It's almost like when people hook up scuba tanks to their car, but run nitrox, which is a 27-28% oxygen used to stay under longer.  Running nitrox out of an 80 cubic foot tank compressed to 3000psi seems a little more acceptable than that re-labeled tire inflation P.O.S.

Heh, well at least it's better than the electric supercharger. For a VERY short while it will actually make yer car go faster.
